London Court

London Court is located in Perth's Hay Streel Mall and was modelled on Liberty's store in London.
Built in mock Tudor style the narrow arcade was completed in 1937 for a wealthy gold miner and financier Claude de

McNess Royal Arcade

The McNess Royal Arcade is located on the corner of the Hay Street Mall and Barrack Street and was
built in c.1896 by William Wolfe. The building is one of the oldest arcades in Perth. Click here for more

Quinlan Swan Building

Bridal House

Built in 1896, this Federation Romanesque style building, was formerly known as Wilson's Bridal
House. The 3 storey narrow building features highly decorative gable, pilasters and turrets.
Trinity Building

The three storey, Trinity Building, reflects the Inter War/ Art Deco style of the time. Each end of
the building is distinguished by segmented pedmonts, balconies and rustication. The symmetrical building also
features prominent classical cornice and pilasters & decorative motifs on the wall and plane between each
levels.
